Coordinator – Content Production and Publishing

About the Role

We seek a meticulous Coordinator for Content Production and Publishing to assist in managing the creation, revision, and dissemination of superior content tailored for both print and digital platforms. This role is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and requires coordinating various stages and stakeholders to ensure seamless content delivery.

Core Responsibilities

• Facilitate coordination between copy editors, designers, content proprietors, printing teams, web departments, and external vendors.
• Handle multiple approval stages, manage revisions, and align with various departments to meet deadlines effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Communications, Marketing, Media, Publishing, Journalism, Public Relations, English, Visual Communication, or similar fields.
• Have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in coordination roles within communications, publishing, marketing, media production, higher education, government, or comparable sectors.

Technical Proficiencies

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, CMS, Digital Asset Management systems, and project management tools.
• Knowledgeable about print and digital publishing formats, image and video production processes, social media standards, accessibility, proofreading, and version control.
• Understand workflows linking content to design and the iterative revision process.
• Experience or familiarity with bilingual Arabic-English content production is a notable advantage.
