About the Role
We are seeking a driven CRO Lead to join a prestigious luxury retailer located in Lancashire. This key position offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative digital initiatives for a rapidly expanding company.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and analysis of A/B and multivariate split tests across various digital platforms. Utilize advanced analytics tools to drive insights and optimize conversion rates effectively.
Required Skills and Experience
- Solid background and hands-on experience in Conversion Rate Optimization and analytics.
- Proficient use of tools such as GA4, ContentSquare, and AB Tasty.
- Familiarity with analytics and testing platforms including IBM Coremetrics, Google Analytics, Omniture, SiteCatalyst, Adobe Analytics, Optimizely, Adobe Target, Maxymiser, VWO, and Visual Website Optimiser.
Compensation
The salary ranges between £35,000 - £40,000 per year.
