Contract Administrator

Role Overview

We seek a proactive and analytical Contract Administrator to join our contracts division as a Contracts Engineer, reporting directly to the Contracts Director. This role focuses on protecting the organization's interests across the entire contract lifecycle.

Main Duties

• Analyze bids and tenders to identify contractual and commercial risks and develop necessary tender qualifications.
• Provide guidance on contractual matters during negotiation and award phases.
• Collaborate with the Legal Department to establish corporate contracts, agreements, standard correspondences, and templates for internal and external use.
• Draft formal claims related to company losses.
• Offer advice on contractual aspects influencing financial and commercial project outcomes.
• Support operational activities including managing contractual correspondence, risk assessment, claim strategy development, negotiation, and coordination with both internal and external legal counsel.
• Maintain and archive identified risks from bid through execution stages and conduct residual risk and cost analyses.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Have at least 4 years experience in a similar role within MEP, Construction Contracting companies, or the Elevator Industry.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian Contract Law principles.
• Legal qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in English is essential; Arabic fluency is a plus, including ability to draft contractual communications, pursue tender clarifications, and liaise with legal counsel.
• Must hold a transferable Iqama.
