Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement complete data science initiatives from start to finish.
• Develop custom solutions using Python and SQL to meet specific client needs.
• Enhance machine learning models with a focus on improving classification and clustering results while mitigating data biases.
• Perform data transformation, ensuring data quality, and generating actionable insights.
• Create dashboards and present findings clearly to clients.
• Contribute to ongoing enhancements of analytics products and streamline delivery methodologies.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field with over three years of experience in data science, analytics, or consulting. Proficiency in Python, SQL, statistical modeling, and machine learning is mandatory. Experience with libraries and frameworks like pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, NLP tools, transformers/large language models, and APIs is expected. Familiarity with modern software development practices, plus exposure to Azure DevOps, MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud AI platforms, will be advantageous. Excellent communication skills and commercial insight to demystify complex technical concepts for clients are essential. Importantly, applicants must have prior experience within management consultancy environments to be considered for this exceptional role.
