Key Responsibilities
- Develop precise cost estimates aligned with client requirements and company goals.
- Work closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to collect and validate project details.
- Review blueprints, specifications, and proposals to formulate detailed estimates.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs and recommend value engineering solutions.
- Oversee bid processes ensuring all submissions are accurate and timely.
Candidate Qualifications
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction estimating, ideally within commercial, healthcare, or industrial sectors.
- Skilled in estimating software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or comparable platforms.
- Strong analytical and detail-focused capabilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
