Key Responsibilities

• Develop precise cost estimates aligned with client requirements and company goals.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to collect and validate project details.
• Review blueprints, specifications, and proposals to formulate detailed estimates.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and recommend value engineering solutions.
• Oversee bid processes ensuring all submissions are accurate and timely.

Candidate Qualifications

• Preferred bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction estimating, ideally within commercial, healthcare, or industrial sectors.
• Skilled in estimating software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or comparable platforms.
• Strong analytical and detail-focused capabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
