Candidate Profile

• Experience in financial operations, cost analysis, or budget forecasting, preferably within network or IT environments.
• Familiarity with SAP or comparable financial/ERP software.
• Strong analytical abilities demonstrated by identifying and communicating cost discrepancies effectively.
• Confident in handling stakeholders, negotiating vendor agreements, and collaborating across departments.
• Highly organized with skills to juggle multiple deadlines and contract renewals simultaneously.

Primary Duties

• Manage financial activities including raising purchase orders, approving SES, handling monthly accruals, analyzing SAP cost data, and preparing OPEX forecasts and budgets.
• Oversee cost recovery processes through journal entries and resolving discrepancies in coordination with Finance and Portfolio Leads.
• Handle hardware and software licensing tasks such as managing Cisco Smart Software, reconciling CMDB inventory, and supporting software license renewals.
• Review telecommunications vendor billing, manage circuit renewals, and forecast telecom expenditures.
• Coordinate with project teams and Product Owners to validate costs, manage transfer memos, and generate governance reports.
