Role Overview
The Console Operator plays a key role in ensuring a clean, fully stocked, and inviting store environment for all customers. The position demands excellent multitasking and time management skills in a fast-paced setting. Employees will represent OTR’s commitment to delivering quality food offerings alongside premium barista coffee.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Deliver exceptional customer service and positive guest interactions
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the store
- Monitor and replenish stock to ensure product availability
- Perform tasks efficiently while managing multiple priorities
- Work independently as well as collaboratively within the team
- Engage in lifting and reaching activities as required
Candidate Attributes and Requirements
- Strong focus on providing superior customer experience
- Ability to operate effectively both solo and as part of a team
- Physical capability to spend extended periods on feet, including moderate to heavy lifting
- Flexible availability, including willingness to work late nights, early mornings, and weekends
- Eagerness to learn about and promote a variety of products and special offers
