Role Overview
The Console Operator is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by maintaining an immaculate, well-stocked, and inviting store environment. This role involves efficiently managing multiple tasks in a busy setting, including promoting OTR’s food range and the finest barista coffee available.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver top-tier customer service consistently.
- Ensure the store is clean, orderly, and fully stocked at all times.
- Handle various operational tasks that require multitasking in a fast-paced atmosphere.
- Support team activities and perform independently as necessary.
Candidate Profile and Skills
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Comfortable working both individually and collaboratively within a team.
- Physical stamina for standing extended periods and capability to perform moderate to heavy lifting and reaching tasks.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
- Eagerness to learn about and promote the diverse product offerings and current specials.
