Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Specialist focused on Compensation and Benefits (C&B) to refine compensation strategies and contribute collaboratively to essential business projects. This role offers an opportunity to significantly impact HR management within a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee C&B programs, including conducting market benchmarking and facilitating the annual salary review, promotion, and bonus procedures.
- Coordinate and support the execution of salary reviews, promotions, and bonuses on an annual basis.
- Prepare both routine and special reports for HR leadership and management to inform decision-making.
- Monitor critical indicators like compensation competitiveness, benefit usage, and associated program expenses.
- Partner with various stakeholders to ensure optimized manpower planning and effective management of the HR budget.
- Guarantee that compensation and benefits policies are aligned with relevant employment laws, tax regulations, and internal company standards.
- Assist in ongoing HR projects while promptly addressing urgent business demands, including payroll and benefits administration support.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned to support HR functions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years’ experience specializing in benefits and rewards management.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, with strong capabilities in data visualization techniques.
- Excellent analytical thinking combined with strong communication abilities.
- Self-driven and adaptable professional capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
