Position Overview

As a Commis Chef on the kitchen team, you will be entrusted with preparing innovative and high-quality dishes that surpass guest expectations. Maintaining strict standards of personal hygiene and safety is essential. Effective communication within the kitchen is vital, including the ability to accept constructive feedback graciously and execute instructions promptly.

The role demands multitasking abilities under pressure, as multiple orders may need to be managed simultaneously. You will contribute by performing foundational food preparation and organizational tasks, supporting the overall kitchen operations, and helping to create a satisfying dining experience for guests.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Completion of high school education
• Prior exposure to food and beverage or restaurant operations
• Strong enthusiasm for collaborative teamwork
• Excellent skills in guest service
• Understanding of fundamental food preparation, presentation, and storage techniques
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations
