Cloud Solution Architect - Microsoft 365 Copilot

As a Cloud Solution Architect for Microsoft 365 Copilot in the ANZ AI Business Solutions Area CSA Team, you will support clients in maximizing the return on their M365 Copilot investments and guide them through their Agentic transformation journeys. This role spans the entire customer lifecycle, from deployment through ongoing usage to expansion, requiring expertise with emerging and cutting-edge technologies in diverse client environments and a strong "Learn it all" mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize customer centricity by driving customer satisfaction and acting as a trusted advisor using expertise in M365 Enterprise Services including Copilot in M365 Apps, Power Platform/Copilot Studio, Information Governance, and Security & Compliance to achieve defined Customer Success Plan outcomes.
• Collect and relay valuable feedback from customers and partners to Microsoft product teams to foster continuous product improvement.
• Leverage strong technical aptitude and experience with productivity and business process transformation platforms to engage both business and IT stakeholders effectively.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships to align value propositions with customer priorities and business outcomes, interpreting industry and business needs accurately.
• Stimulate usage growth and resolve blockers by deepening engagement with business and technical decision makers, helping them realize the full value of Microsoft M365 Copilot technologies.
• Lead technical discussions and deliver solutions adhering to Microsoft's best practices and policies.
• Demonstrate continuous self-learning aligned with team and customer success goals, actively contributing to communities for shared learning and IP development.
• Analyze and optimize customer business processes, preparing for performance improvements and proficiently presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences including Business and IT Decision Makers.
• Manage territory and pipelines through opportunity qualification, stakeholder communication, and partner collaboration to advance customer value realization.
• Collaborate within virtual teams to promote M365 Copilot adoption and document best practices and customer success stories.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline plus minimum 3 years experience in cloud/infrastructure tech, IT consulting, systems administration, network operations, software support, technology practice development, architecture, or related fields; or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: Minimum 4 years in customer-facing roles or technical M365/Power Platform/Copilot Studio projects.
• In-depth knowledge in cloud/collaboration solution architecture, design, implementation, and support.
• Preferred certifications include but are not limited to M365 Fundamentals, M365 Copilot Fundamentals, Microsoft Power Platform/Copilot Studio, Azure Fundamentals, Cloud Security, Teams Admin, SharePoint, and PROSCI/change management qualifications.
• Skilled in business analysis for identifying needs, improving processes, strategic planning, and organizational changes.
• Proven success in developing and sustaining senior IT executive relationships and managing multi-stakeholder consensus.
• Expertise in designing tailored technical solutions based on customer requirements.
• Comprehensive experience with SaaS platforms, particularly Microsoft 365 suite and Azure security, compliance, and identity solutions for holistic end-to-end solution delivery.
• Awareness of cloud and AI competitive landscapes and ability to leverage partner ecosystems effectively.
• Subject matter expertise in at least two of the following: M365 Copilot, Power Platform/Copilot Studio, Azure Foundry, IDM, Information Protection & Compliance, Governance & Risk Management.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills suited for diverse audience sizes, and recognized for collaborative decision-making and conflict resolution.
