Overview

Country Wide Wealth is seeking a motivated Client Services Officer to become a vital member of their expanding financial advice team based on the Central Coast, NSW, Australia. This position transcends typical administrative duties, focusing on enhancing the client journey by fostering strong relationships and underpinning seamless operations alongside Financial Advisers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Financial Advisers during the client review process, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain direct relationships with clients via telephone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their needs.
  • Prepare and organize necessary documentation and materials for client meetings.
  • Manage the execution of advice by processing, lodging, and monitoring applications and claims.
  • Participate in client meetings when required, contributing to service and advice delivery.
  • Coordinate communications with financial institutions, product providers, and other relevant parties.
  • Liaise with referral partners and professional networks to support business growth and client service.
  • Identify and propose improvements to internal systems, workflows, and client experience strategies.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

  • Minimum of two years experience in a comparable role within financial planning.
  • In-depth understanding of superannuation and insurance application procedures.
  • Exceptional organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, confident in client and stakeholder interactions.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and proactively manage responsibilities.
  • A proactive approach with a readiness to suggest and implement improvements.
  • Experience with Xplan software is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A collaborative team player who prioritizes delivering excellent client service beyond procedural tasks.
