Through its contracting arm, PROHVAC, Aleabra delivers expert HVAC design, installation, and maintenance services, covering Split systems, Variable Refrigerant Flow, Chiller systems, and ventilation solutions.

Role Summary

The Technical Services Projects Manager position is a full-time, on-site role located in Kingston, Jamaica. This role is responsible for the comprehensive management of HVAC technical service projects, ensuring delivery is on schedule, within project scope, and meets quality standards. Daily duties include coordinating project timelines, collaborating with expeditors, suppliers, and logistics teams, and overseeing inspections and quality assurance checks on equipment and installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of HVAC technical projects.
• Manage project schedules and maintain clear communication with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• Monitor quality through consistent inspections and ensure all technical documents are accurately prepared and maintained.
• Track project progress and manage costs to ensure projects remain within budget.
• Identify and resolve any technical or operational challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for project processes and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated leadership and coordination expertise in project management and expediting.
• Experience with quality control practices, including inspection and documentation of technical work.
• Technical understanding of HVAC systems, building services, or mechanical engineering is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities with strong stakeholder management skills capable of handling multiple projects concurrently.
• Prior experience in construction, building solutions, or HVAC projects, ideally in managerial or supervisory roles.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office; ERP or logistics software knowledge is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline preferred.
