Role Overview

As a Cleaner at Mecca, you will be crucial in ensuring our venue remains tidy, safe, and inviting for all guests. You will uphold high cleaning standards throughout the facility, perform your duties efficiently while working around customer activities, and adhere to safety and hygiene protocols to provide a positive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional cleanliness across all areas, including front of house, back of house, and restrooms, to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Support service operations by quickly resetting areas, keeping walkways unobstructed, and scheduling cleaning tasks to minimize disruptions.
• Comply with health & safety regulations, COSHH guidelines, and hygiene standards, reporting any hazards or incidents promptly.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, communicating clearly to ensure smooth and safe operations.

Candidate Profile

• A keen eye for detail and pride in maintaining cleanliness.
• Dependable with strong punctuality and ability to work efficiently at a steady pace.
• Friendly nature and a team player attitude.
• Previous experience in cleaning, hospitality, or leisure is beneficial but not mandatory; full training will be provided.
