Role Overview

As a Bingo Caller, you will be the engaging voice of each session, ensuring clear and confident number calls, creating enjoyable moments for guests, and maintaining energy throughout the event. Responsibilities include adhering to company standards, assisting around the venue, and escalating any issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, support newcomers, and cultivate a fun, inclusive atmosphere during sessions.
• Accurately call out Bingo numbers, lead prize announcements, explain game rules, and keep the sessions timely.
• Assist with resetting the gaming floor between rounds, support light service tasks, and maintain cleanliness and preparedness of your area.
• Adhere to safer gambling practices, licensing rules, and age restrictions; promptly report any incidents and ensure accurate game procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the venue—including floor staff, food & beverage, and hosts—to ensure smooth operations.

Candidate Profile

• Confident communicator with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to remain focused and composed during fast-paced, busy environments.
• Strong team player with eagerness to learn and grow.
• Previous experience in entertainment, hospitality, or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory; comprehensive training is provided.
