About the Role
We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Cleaners at our Wetherspoon pub in Blanchardstown, Dublin. Prior experience is not essential; we value a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to remain composed under pressure. Our award-winning training program will equip you with the skills necessary for success.

Key Duties
- Ensure thorough cleanliness in all areas including customer spaces, restrooms, bar, kitchen, staff zones, and exterior areas
- Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment following safety guidelines
- Keep track of cleaning materials and inform management when supplies run low
- Report maintenance and pest control issues promptly to the manager on duty
- Engage politely with customers by greeting them and expressing thanks
- Participate in induction, role-specific training, and refresher courses, while helping improve processes

Working Hours
