Job description
About the Role
The cleaning position at OCS involves maintaining hygienic and safe environments to support customers in their workplaces. The work follows a shift schedule of four days on and two days off, with hours from 13:30 to 20:00.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain tidy workspaces and clean floors and common areas.
- Perform physical cleaning duties such as vacuuming carpets, sweeping, mopping if needed, emptying waste bins, and cleaning washrooms when required.
- Engage with customers during day or night shifts in public areas, addressing cleaning-related queries or incident reports.
- Accurately complete health and safety documentation and participate in training courses as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold legal right to work in the UK.
- Possession of a smartphone is essential to use the Timegate Time and Attendance application for clocking in/out and logging cleaning tasks.
- Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but full training will be provided.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in task completion is important.
