Role Responsibilities

• Procure and manage supplies ensuring all team members have necessary equipment, uniforms, and tools.
• Oversee delivery and maintenance of inventory including food, equipment, smallware, and liquor; report shortages as required.
• Maintain inventories for china, glassware, and silverware with accuracy.
• Inspect and ensure all food holding and transport equipment is fully operational.
• Enforce cleanliness standards for service ware, machinery, floors, and work areas with strict adherence to sanitation protocols.
• Investigate employee accidents promptly and implement follow-up measures.
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and hygiene standards related to food handling and safety.
