Change Analyst

Overview

Vertiv, a leading electrical switchgear manufacturer operating across UK, Ireland and globally, is seeking a Change Analyst to join their team in Burnfoot, County Donegal. Key Responsibilities

• Establish, update, and verify master data in Oracle and PLM systems, including part numbering, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and product configurations.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance of data according to company standards and procedures.
• Manage and assist engineering change processes like ECR/ECO by reviewing requests, performing impact assessments, and facilitating implementation of authorized changes.
• Maintain synchronization and data integrity between ERP and PLM platforms.
• Provide support to production engineering and other departments regarding data management, system architecture, and application queries.
• Adhere to prescribed processes to guarantee timely and accurate completion of tasks.
• Keep meticulous records to uphold traceability and support audit processes.
• Contribute to the enhancement of data management and change control procedures.
• Operate in line with lean principles, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards at all times.

Candidate Profile

• A technical or engineering-related degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least one year of professional experience within ERP, PLM, master data management, or change control roles.
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of BOM configurations, product structuring, and technical documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent analytical and technical problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the capacity to manage large data sets precisely.
• Understanding of process-oriented environments and good data governance practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with initiative and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A team player demonstrating reliability, proactive attitude, and a methodical approach to work.
