Position Summary
We are seeking Production Operators for various departments such as Switchgear and Sheet Metal at our Derry/Londonderry Campsie site. This role offers ambitious individuals the opportunity to develop a sustained career within a dynamic engineering manufacturing environment.
Key Duties
- Perform assembly and assorted manufacturing tasks to produce high-quality engineered products.
- Adhere strictly to provided written and oral instructions for workflow.
- Maintain established benchmarks for quality, productivity, and workplace safety.
- Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery as required during production processes.
- Liaise effectively with supervisors, management, and engineering personnel to meet production schedules.
- Accurately complete all necessary production paperwork and documentation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a supportive and positive workplace culture.
- Comply fully with all health and safety protocols, including personal protective equipment regulations.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience working in manufacturing, production, or industrial settings.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Strong attention to detail with a dedicated focus on quality assurance.
- Effective communication and proven ability to work well within a team.
- Dependable with a conscientious approach towards health and safety standards.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including morning, afternoon, and night schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous exposure to manufacturing operations.
- Basic mechanical skills or familiarity with electromechanical systems.
- Experience in shift-based working environments.
