Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet every customer in a courteous and friendly way.
• Efficiently handle all purchase transactions, including the deactivation of merchandise in compliance with the Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) program.
• Actively promote company partner programs, such as credit card services, product protection plans, and charitable initiatives.
• Support customers with bagging and loading their merchandise as needed.
• Adhere to safe working procedures, including proper lifting techniques and maintaining a tidy workspace.
• Upkeep register security and integrity through careful cash handling, compliance with company policies, and situational awareness.
• Refer customer service or transactional issues to the Customer Service Manager when necessary.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this role is $17.75.
