Role Overview

You will uphold our menu standards and food safety regulations while maintaining the café’s tidy appearance.

Key Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of kitchen tools and equipment.
• Serve customers promptly with attentiveness and care.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene protocols, and keep daily records.
• Implement first-in, first-out stock rotation to preserve food freshness.
• Manage deliveries and safe food storage.
• Follow all operational policies and procedures diligently.
• Prepare, cook, and present menu items as specified.
• Ensure availability and quality of all food products.
• Know the café menu thoroughly to serve accurately.
• Handle customer concerns and escalate to Café Manager when necessary.
• Stay informed about business updates and initiatives.
• Clean and sanitize tables to maintain hygiene standards.
