Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the daily functioning of the Wild Cherry Cafe.
• Lead, train, and inspire the cafe team to maintain high service standards.
• Maintain top quality of food, drinks, cleanliness, and hygiene within the cafe.
• Address customer comments and resolve concerns professionally.
• Manage inventory, supplier orders, and stock levels efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
• Prepare staff rosters and control labour costs effectively.
• Support promotions, seasonal menu changes, and events hosted by the hotel.
• Track sales performance and contribute to meeting revenue objectives.
• Promote a positive and professional workspace atmosphere.

Requirements

• Prior experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality management roles.
• Strong leadership qualities with ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving hospitality environment.
• Good organisational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays when necessary.
• Previous experience within a hotel setting is beneficial.
