About the Role
St. Regis Singapore continues the legacy of refined luxury through its renowned Butler program, delivering bespoke, personalized, and innovative guest experiences. The Butler Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring seamless service from pre-arrival through departure, upholding the prestigious St. Regis brand standards. This position oversees the activities of a team comprising Butlers and Butler Valets, coordinating effectively with other hotel departments and managing staffing requirements.
Primary Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Butler team to guarantee impeccable service delivery aligned with brand expectations.
- Manage pre-arrival, guest stay, and departure procedures to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Conduct recruitment activities, including interviewing and selecting candidates for the Butler team.
- Prepare staff schedules to maintain optimal team coverage and service levels.
- Maintain a safe and professional work environment, adhering to company policies, quality standards, and personal presentation guidelines.
- Perform hands-on duties such as standing, walking, lifting, and assisting guests within capabilities—handling objects up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- At least one year of relevant work experience in a related service environment.
- Completion of high school education or GED equivalent.
- No prior management experience required.
