Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our expanding Data & Analytics team based in Dubai. This role offers the chance to contribute significantly to data-driven initiatives that impact business operations and lending strategies within an international setting. You'll collaborate across Business Intelligence, Data Science, Credit Risk, and AI functions to harness large and varied datasets and deliver insightful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine extensive, complex datasets to discover trends, patterns, and growth opportunities.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor BI reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators.
• Deliver actionable insights that inform commercial and strategic decision-making.
• Assist in credit risk evaluation and enhance lending strategy effectiveness.
• Track portfolio outcomes and spot areas for risk mitigation or enhancement.
• Work closely with Data Science, Product, and Business teams across multiple markets to align analytics efforts.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum five years' professional experience as a BI Analyst or in a related analytics role.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience handling large-scale and sophisticated datasets.
• Proficient in BI tools, data visualization, and reporting techniques.
• Ability to convert analytical data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong grasp of business performance metrics and making decisions based on data insights.
• Exposure to fintech, banking, lending operations, credit risk, or related data-intensive fields is highly desirable.
