Job Overview

We are in search of an experienced BIM Modeler to join our progressive team and support innovative construction projects with precise modeling and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Modify the project framework and work sets to suit project specifications and established workflows.
• Coordinate and prepare project models according to BIM execution plans.
• Design and build custom Revit families tailored to project needs.
• Develop architectural and structural detailing aligned with BIM model requirements.
• Extract necessary details and sheets, then convert them into required formats.
• Upload models and drawings onto cloud platforms such as 360 or other designated systems.
• Produce clash detection reports and resolve conflicts following BIM best practices.
• Collaborate with architectural and structural engineers to address any clashes or modeling concerns.
• Prepare shop drawings based on project specifics and engineering directions.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of six years’ experience as a BIM Modeler in the construction sector.
• Expertise with BIM technologies including Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or equivalents.
• Thorough knowledge of BIM standards and processes, including Level of Development (LOD) criteria and clash detection.
• Strong analytical and organizational competencies.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
