Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers by providing personalized beauty advice and makeup application services that inspire and educate.
- Collaborate effectively in a high-performing team setting to drive success through in-store events and promotional activities.
- Maintain exemplary visual merchandising standards ensuring the store stands out competitively.
Qualifications and Requirements
- While formal makeup artistry certification or prior retail makeup experience is preferred, applicants with amateur experience demonstrating strong creative and technical ability are welcomed.
- Exhibit a proven capability to deliver authentic, inspiring, and individualized customer service.
- Flexibility to work retail schedules including day, evening, weekend shifts, and special events in a dynamic environment.
- Experience operating retail point-of-sale systems is required.
- Must be able to verify legal authorization to live and work in the country upon interview invitation.
