Job Responsibilities

• Mix and serve drinks in accordance with established recipes and high service standards, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of bar products and cocktail preparations.
• Deliver customized, high-quality customer service efficiently, including promoting additional sales when appropriate.
• Prepare mise-en-place and garnishes, and ensure the bar area is fully stocked and properly maintained for each service period.
• Keep the bar counter and adjoining spaces clean, well-organized, and professional at all times.
• Follow strict protocols for opening and closing the bar, managing beverage inventory to minimize waste and spoilage.
• Display premium liquors attractively on shelves, ensuring correct quantities are maintained.
• Respond courteously to guest questions and foster positive customer relationships.
• Handle cashier duties and rigorously adhere to the outlet's cash handling procedures.
• Mentor new staff by providing on-the-job training to enhance their skills and efficiency.
• Assist with periodic inventory checks of operational equipment and supply stock on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least two years of professional experience as a bartender.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to collaborate as a team member with an outgoing and creative character.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards must be maintained consistently.
• Strong communication capabilities and customer service skills, including effective problem-solving abilities.
• Thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, with a solid grasp of various beverage service styles, preparation techniques, and specialized orders.
• Detailed understanding of hard liquors, wines, and cocktail mixes.
