Role Overview
Join the Fresh Food People team and advance your career within a supportive and professional environment. This role offers early morning shifts, allowing you to avoid peak traffic and enjoy free afternoons. Your baking skills will be utilized to prepare a variety of products loved by the local community.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver fresh, high-quality bakery products daily using your passion for baking.
- Lead and support team members, fostering wellbeing, resilience, and a shared culture of success.
- Demonstrate Everyday ACTs (Acknowledge, Care & Thank) to create memorable customer experiences.
- Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring workstations are clean, organized, and ready for audits.
- Continuously develop both your baking skills and leadership capabilities.
- Manage the fast-paced bakery environment confidently, handling physical demands and tight deadlines.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a formal baking qualification or equivalent industry experience.
- Previous experience working in a high-volume bakery setting is required.
