About the Role
The Grocery Manager position offers an engaging opportunity to lead a department within Woolworths Group, where you will develop leadership skills and department expertise through structured support like the Store Leadership Pathway. This role entails full leadership responsibility for your department, fostering a connected and high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and a positive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end operations of the grocery department, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and displays are attractive to customers.
- Create and maintain an inclusive and engaging team environment that encourages authenticity and dedication to delivering excellent shopping experiences.
- Collaborate closely with store leadership and team members daily to uphold customer service standards and operational excellence.
- Promote safety by strictly following store processes to protect team members and customers.
- Role model customer engagement techniques including acknowledging, caring, and thanking customers (Everyday ACTs).

Work Schedule
Roster: Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
