About the Role
This role supports the Bet Acceptance Centre (BAC) and Racing Desk, delivering outstanding service and communication to Boylesports’ retail operations and online platforms in areas including bet acceptance, payment clearance, digital monitoring, and handling trading-related queries.
Primary Duties
- Authorize bet clearances for retail and digital channels, aiding the BAC and profiling teams.
- Validate bet payments over all business channels to ensure correct and valid bet settlements.
- Monitor and manage company liabilities on racing, football, and other sports, supporting relevant trading teams.
- Respond to call referrals from retail outlets, providing friendly and efficient assistance with odds, market questions, bet settlements, rulebook clarifications, and customer inquiries.
- Generate periodic, accurate reports for the BAC manager and trading director when requested.
Candidate Profile
- Possess solid industry knowledge of betting operations.
- Proven track record either within Boylesports or externally performing at a high level.
- Understanding of odds compilation and market fluctuations.
- Full knowledge of Boylesports’ offers, concessions, sportsbook rules, and trading liabilities.
- Excellent familiarity with Boylesports’ digital platforms including Mobile App and Desktop versions.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure, both independently and in team environments.
