Job Overview

The incumbent at this senior specialist position operates with limited supervision, following established protocols to prepare advanced, specialized, or ad-hoc reports related to data availability and sharing. They play a key role in reaching operational goals within their assigned function by carrying out various activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and executing the Open Data and Data Sharing Program for the Authority.
• Formulating a comprehensive implementation roadmap for these programs, including defining the Authority's data requirements.
• Establishing and enforcing plans, procedures, and controls for the definition and distribution of open data.
• Managing and regulating data access by specifying its controls and procedures.
• Escalating complex issues to appropriate personnel to ensure effective resolution.

Educational and Experience Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or an equivalent discipline is mandatory. The role requires a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience.
