Job description
About the Role
We are looking for genuine team players who have a solid understanding of technical audit principles and are eager to contribute innovative ideas for improvement. Our workplace fosters an open, honest, and supportive culture focused on personal growth and delivering outstanding client service.
You will collaborate closely with seasoned Managers, Directors, and Partners, working across various industries. The role involves direct client interaction, leading and mentoring junior staff, and building meaningful relationships by identifying client risks and responding with expertise and insightful analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in audit assignments at all stages including planning, execution, and finalization as part of a team.
- Lead discussions on audit planning when necessary, identify risks, and inform managers accordingly.
- Detect and address technical or administrative issues during assignments, suggesting appropriate actions.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of two years’ experience in external auditing.
- CA, CPA qualification or an equivalent certification currently in progress.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with auditing systems and advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage several audit projects simultaneously.
- An enthusiastic attitude with the ability to enjoy the work environment.
