Role Overview

The Assistant Store Manager will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to lead store operations, boost sales, and nurture a customer-focused team. This role demands hands-on leadership in daily activities and supporting the store's overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, positive, and efficiently run store environment.
• Drive sales performance by promoting products, upselling, and achieving sales targets.
• Provide customers with knowledgeable advice on automotive parts and accessories.
• Coach, motivate, and develop staff members actively on the shop floor.
• Manage inventory processes, stock control, and delivery handling.
• Assist the Store Manager with daily operational tasks.
• Assume full store responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in retail leadership or assistant store management.
• Strong customer service skills with a track record of meeting sales KPIs.
• The ability to coach and inspire a team effectively.
• Familiarity with inventory and stock management along with store operations.
• Retail industry experience required; automotive knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a desire for continuous learning and growth.
