Role Summary

As a Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, foster a high-achieving team, and promote a unique store culture. This hands-on leadership role requires motivating a team, managing store standards, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Area Manager, responsibilities include:

• Recruiting and coaching employees aligned with company values
• Driving sales growth, operational excellence, and superior customer experience
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and risk management
• Maintaining merchandising, promotional accuracy, and store presentation
• Managing budgets, staffing schedules, inventory control, and performance metrics to optimize profitability and minimize losses

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant will possess:

• Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager or senior retail manager
• Strong skills in team development, coaching, and motivation
• A results-oriented mindset with ability to meet financial targets and KPIs
• Excellent communication and customer service capabilities
• A values-driven, collaborative, adaptable leadership approach, adept at managing change and nurturing customer and retail relationships
• Commitment to health and safety standards, compliance, and risk management practices

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position requiring 38 hours weekly, scheduled from Tuesday through Saturday.
