Assistant Store Manager

Job Overview

The Assistant Store Manager plays a key role in providing excellent customer service and assisting the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations. This includes driving sales performance, managing inventory, controlling expenses, and supporting staff development to maximize profitability.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage ranges from 17 to 17.25 dollars depending on qualifications and experience. Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding guest services and customer satisfaction at all times.
• Support the Store Manager in overseeing all store operations effectively.
• Develop and train store staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Manage inventory control, merchandising, shrinkage, and expense supervision in line with company policies.
• Maintain compliance with all organizational procedures and standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior retail and/or management experience is mandatory.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift weights up to 50 pounds for more than eight hours during shifts.
