Key Responsibilities
- Collaboratively lead and energize a dedicated team alongside the Restaurant Manager.
- Engage hands-on with daily operations, from food preparation to customer interactions, ensuring smooth shift management.

- Drive team performance by setting and achieving business targets, while acknowledging accomplishments.
- Coach team members to enhance their skills across all areas of the restaurant.
