What You Will Do
- Collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager to inspire, motivate and lead a passionate team.
- Engage actively in daily operations across the kitchen and front of house to ensure seamless shift execution and excellent customer experiences.
- Maintain high standards of quality and hospitality, consistently delivering memorable dining experiences.
- Drive team performance and skill growth while achieving operational targets.
- Coach and develop team members to improve capabilities across all service stations.
- Oversee compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures to uphold smooth business functioning.
