Position Summary

We seek a skilled Assistant Restaurant Manager to aid in launching Hyatt Place AlUla by supporting the Restaurant Manager in the effective daily management of the food service operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day management of restaurant activities.
• Maintain and promote high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee restaurant staff and assist with workforce scheduling.
• Liaise and coordinate with kitchen staff and other departments.
• Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor inventory levels, uphold service standards, and enhance operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in restaurant or food and beverage operations, ideally with supervisory responsibilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and effective team management skills.
• Thorough knowledge of customer service standards and enhancing guest interactions.
