Mountain Warehouse is seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Manager in Sligo, Ireland. This role entails collaborating closely with the Store Manager to lead and support a team in achieving outstanding retail performance and delivering exceptional customer service.
Primary Duties

- Uphold excellent visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness to improve the shopping environment.
- Prioritize health and safety through routine risk evaluations and fostering a secure space for all.

- Support achievement of sales targets by implementing efficient strategies and monitoring KPIs.
- Manage stock levels effectively to ensure timely replenishment and accurate deliveries.
- Apply proactive measures to minimize losses and protect store profits.
- Exemplify top-tier customer service and respond promptly to customer concerns to maintain loyalty.
- Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
