Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
You will support the General Manager in overseeing daily store functions such as cost management, inventory, cash control, and maintaining excellent customer relations. Your role includes mentoring and developing team members into future leaders, enforcing store policies and standards, and actively encouraging team recruitment and retention. Duties extend to staffing coordination, managing paperwork, food handling, time management, upholding Domino's image, ensuring cleanliness, marketing efforts, and attending to customer service and recovery processes.

- Understand and train all operational procedures.
- Operate necessary equipment efficiently.
- Stock ingredients appropriately in various storage and work areas.
- Prepare products accurately at a fast pace.
- Handle telephone orders professionally.
- Conduct inventory and complete required documentation.
- Perform daily cleaning of store and equipment.
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with customers and colleagues.
Essential Skills
- Accurately perform basic math operations and operate calculators.
- Handle monetary transactions and provide correct change.
- Make precise hand-eye coordinated movements at speed.
- Use computer keyboards or touch screens for order entry.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
The role involves frequent stooping, bending, crouching, squatting, and reaching in various directions often while standing in place. Tasks include pizza assembly requiring strong wrist and forearm movement, manipulation of pizza peels and cutters, and assembling pizza boxes with forceful pinching. Use of tools such as pens, calculators, and telephones is routine.
Delivery duties require a valid driver's license, access to an insured vehicle, and the capability to deliver pizzas, flyers, and door hangers. Delivery includes navigating diverse terrains, stairs, carrying pizzas and beverages, exposure to variable weather, and possessing good vision for driving at night.
