Key Responsibilities
- Accurately maintain and manage comprehensive asset data sets to ensure information is reliable and accessible.
- Analyze asset data to detect trends, risks, and performance opportunities, providing actionable insights.
- Support asset management planning by supplying timely and precise data and analysis.
- Contribute to Long-Term Plan (LTP) and Annual Plan through data inputs and forecasting assistance.
- Assist in developing work programmes and schedules with the appropriate data support and analysis.
- Deliver ongoing data monitoring, reporting, and support to aid operational execution and track performance.
- Support audits and reporting processes with thorough data management and accuracy.
- Coordinate with team functions to ensure data and insights align with planning and operations.
- Participate in continuous improvement of asset systems, processes, and data quality.
Knowledge and Experience
- A relevant qualification in engineering, asset management, planning, environmental science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferably 2-3 years of experience in asset management, infrastructure, planning, or related fields.
- Exposure to project coordination or assisting the delivery of work programmes is an advantage.
- Ability to effectively manage tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines.
- Strong critical thinking skills with a problem-solving approach to asset-related challenges.
- Familiarity with asset management systems and data management, or a willingness to quickly learn these tools.
- Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail in handling data and information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or comparable data handling and reporting software.
- Possession of a current full driver's license is preferred.
Remuneration
The initial salary offer will range between NZD 78,570 and NZD 82,935 annually.
