Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer specializing in developing AI-powered agents using Model Context Protocol (MCP) together with large language models (LLMs), APIs, and enterprise applications. The successful candidate will design agentic workflows and develop AI-driven automation solutions.

Key Duties

• Create and integrate AI Agents alongside MCP servers and tools.
• Develop reusable AI capabilities, including tool and function-calling within agentic workflows.
• Connect LLMs to RESTful APIs, databases, SaaS applications, and enterprise software systems.
• Construct AI solutions capable of information retrieval, autonomous decision-making, and action execution.
• Conduct thorough testing, problem-solving, monitoring, and performance optimization for AI agents and integrations.
• Ensure secure integration implementing authentication strategies like OAuth and API keys.
• Produce clear documentation for MCP tools, AI capabilities, APIs, and system integrations.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Minimum two years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript/JavaScript programming languages.
• Practical experience working with large language models and AI agent technologies.
• Good understanding of the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Experience in working with RESTful APIs, tool and function calling, and designing agentic workflows.
• Knowledge of database management and data retrieval techniques.
• Familiarity with Git and contemporary development methodologies.

Preferred Expertise

• Experience with OpenAI or equivalent LLM platforms.
• Familiarity with LangChain or LlamaIndex frameworks.
• Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and vector database technologies.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
• Background in integrating solutions within enterprise ecosystems.
