About the Role

This role merges aspects of landscaping, flooring, joinery, and civil work. Key Responsibilities
- Excavate and prepare existing lawns for artificial grass placement.
- Construct solid bases using materials such as AP20 and install proper edging.
- Manage drainage solutions as part of site preparation.
- Accurately cut, shape, and join artificial turf materials to fit diverse project requirements.
- Deliver meticulous finishes that meet high-quality standards noticeable by clients.
- Engage in additional landscaping tasks to ensure an exceptional final appearance of each job.
- Support the Installation Manager and contribute actively from day one, including moving materials and preparing bases.
