Job description
Company Overview
Zeedot Design Studio, located in Dhaka, is seeking a dedicated Architect for a full-time onsite position.
Key Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive architectural designs, detailed drawings, and construction documentation.
- Develop and prepare 2D and 3D plans utilizing software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent tools.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, engineers, and various project stakeholders.
- Ensure all designs adhere strictly to the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC) and relevant regulations.
- Perform regular site visits to oversee and monitor the progress of construction activities.
- Support project planning including budgeting and ensuring projects are completed on schedule.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any challenges related to design or on-site execution as they arise.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 1 to 5 years of professional experience in architecture.
- Hold a degree in architecture.
- Demonstrate proficiency in architectural design, AutoCAD Architecture, civil 3D drafting, construction drawings, and building design.
- Experience with construction management and preparation of construction documents is essential.
