Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Architect to be based onsite in Dubai. The position involves leading and supporting architectural design and documentation throughout all project phases from concept development through construction completion. Responsibilities include generating design concepts, producing technical drawings and specifications, coordinating with other engineering disciplines, and ensuring adherence to local codes and standards.

The Architect will also engage directly with clients and team members through design review sessions, offering expert advice on materials, systems integration, and project components alignment. Additionally, the role entails planning project activities, tracking design milestones against schedules, and assisting with site visits and construction coordination where necessary.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong expertise in architectural design encompassing concept generation, space planning, and construction detailing.
• Familiarity with software development and integration as it relates to design tools, Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows, and collaboration on digital project platforms.
• Capable project management skills to organize, plan, and coordinate various tasks, timelines, and communication among teams.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or equivalent; experience with BIM methodologies is highly beneficial.
• Comprehensive understanding of Dubai and UAE building codes, regulatory frameworks, and permit processes is an advantage.
• Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving aptitude, and excellent communication skills to thrive in multidisciplinary team environments.
• Experience with commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects in consultancy or design office settings is a valuable plus.
