Job description
Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Archer Developer with in-depth practical experience in the RSA Archer platform. The candidate must possess strong functional and technical expertise in Archer configurations, customizations, integrations, and the Next Generation UI features. This role involves close partnership with business units, risk, compliance, and technology teams to deliver scalable and robust Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and sustain RSA Archer applications across core and customized use cases.
- Execute comprehensive Archer configurations including managing fields, records, workflows, questionnaires, notifications, calculations, data feeds, and creating reports.
- Develop and support complex data models and Custom Objects within the Archer platform.
- Create and maintain Archer API integrations with both internal and external systems.
- Utilize Archer Next Generation UI extensively to enhance usability and system performance.
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and optimize platform performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Archer-related issues in development, QA, and production environments.
- Collaborate with risk, audit, compliance, and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into technical implementations.
- Adhere to Archer best practices, security protocols, and performance standards in all solutions delivered.
- Provide comprehensive documentation, technical advice, and knowledge transfer to support teams.
Required Qualifications
- 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience as an Archer Developer or Technical Consultant.
- Strong command of RSA Archer architecture and data modeling principles.
- Proven proficiency in Archer configurations, Custom Object development, and Archer REST API-based integrations.
- Solid expertise working with Archer Next Generation UI features.
- Experience supporting various Archer use cases such as Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), Issues Management, Risk Register, Compliance, and Audit.
- Strong skills in troubleshooting, debugging, and enhancing performance.
- Ability to independently handle multiple priorities within a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Experience
- Integration experience with platforms such as Snowflake, ServiceNow, or enterprise data platforms.
- Knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance processes and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience with Archer platform upgrades, data migration, and environment management.
- Prior exposure to financial services or heavily regulated sectors.
