Role Overview
Join a permanent team role at Woolworths Group in Capalaba, Queensland, where you will cultivate your passion for baking through hands-on experience and formal training. You will embark on a 3-year apprenticeship leading to a Certificate III in Retail Baking (Bread), learning to prepare and bake a variety of breads using professional baking equipment and machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and thank customers, providing excellent service to enhance their shopping experience.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and safety procedures to maintain a safe environment for yourself, colleagues, and customers, including vigilance for hazards.
- Collaborate effectively with a diverse team while adapting to industry changes and challenges.
- Commit to both on-the-job and off-the-job training, including attending TAFE classes and completing all required assessments.
- Practice and refine baking skills daily under guidance.

Additional Information
This role commences immediately and operates on a roster with shifts typically starting at 3:00 AM and ending at 12:00 PM from Sunday to Thursday.
