Key Responsibilities
- Implement the Everyday ACTs (Acknowledge, Care & Thank) by creating products and experiences that genuinely delight customers.
- Maintain exemplary food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring that all workstations are clean, well-organized, and prepared for audits.
- Provide leadership and support for your team, fostering a culture focused on well-being, resilience, and collective achievement.
- Continuously seek to improve your baking and leadership abilities through ongoing learning and curiosity.
- Effectively manage the demanding pace, physical effort, and strict deadlines characteristic of a busy bakery environment.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess formal qualifications in baking or an industry-recognized equivalent.
- Have proven experience working in a fast-paced bakery setting.
Working Hours
- Roster option one: Sunday to Thursday, 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
- Roster option two: Tuesday to Saturday, 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
