Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement adaptable, efficient allocation models and service strategies.
• Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with delivery, sales, and operations teams within and between companies.
• Communicate accurately and promptly with customers to align allocations with their expectations and surpass service standards.
• Plan ahead to optimize logistics and resource distribution.
• Coordinate order scheduling to maximize volume, profitability, and customer service quality.
• Consistently meet service expectations for key clients and identify opportunities for sales and service enhancements.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in fleet allocation and scheduling.
• Background in logistics, including knowledge of chain of responsibility, fatigue and mass management.
• Familiarity with the transport or construction sectors.
• Good understanding of Perth metropolitan area geography.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts: operating hours 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM with rotating Saturdays from 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
• Capability to prioritize effectively and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
• Collaborative team player eager to contribute to shared objectives.
